Take Exit 22 East.
At the stoplight (bottom of exit), turn right onto 4th Street South.
Go one block to first traffic light, and turn right onto 6th Avenue South and then left onto 5th Street South. The parking garage entrance is on 5th Street South between 6th Avenue South and 7th Avenue South. Garage entrance is on the right.
Take the parking garage elevator to the 2nd floor and walk across the sky bridge to the Outpatient Care Center (OCC) building. Take the elevator to the 7th floor. We are located in Suite 701.
